I hope you enjoy my first-ever video post, written on Election Eve. As a communist, I cannot endorse either of the two major candidates. As an American who still contributes to and lives within the political system of a purple state, I did vote. Still, I know that marginalized people and the working class will continue to suffer regardless of who is president and that I am doing what is in my control to help them.
I just can’t comprehend what it is about people like me that Trumpers hate so much. Not even just hatred — fear. Fear of communism, fear of queerness, fear of educated women.
