First of all, apologies for failing to update my Bible series! Obviously it won’t be happening in a year — as real life caught up to me quite a lot, and I have overbooked myself. I’m getting back on track, however, and I’m going to be writing here more (neglecting, instead, my baking-themed OnlyFans, haha!) and I’m excited to keep talking about faith and sex and all that wonderful stuff that permeates so much of my own life.
So, two small announcements: firstly, I have an article in Sojourners! I reviewed Christine Emba’s book Rethinking Sex which I really liked, but ultimately disagreed with.
Secondly, I’m going to be at Wild Goose Festival this year. It’ll be my first time there, and I’ll be co-creating a panel called “Christianity and Non-Monogamy: How Christians Are Exploring Outside of Monogamy While Keeping Their Faith” with Reverend Lenny Duncan. We won’t know the exact date/time for our panel until a few weeks beforehand, but if you wanted to come see me talk about being a kinda slutty Christian, and more importantly, what progressive Christians, pastors, and churches can do to support their non-monogamous friends, I’ll be there.
The festival is from July 14 to July 17 and is located in the middle of nowhere, North Carolina. You can get tickets here!
Thanks again for your patience — and for subscribing.
